Mirror Image of Yum

Here's a yummy new thing that I tried.  I don't think I have the proper software to mirror image this picture back to normal looking.  Translation: Fire in the Mountains, Whole Grain Champagne Mustard, Catamount Specialties of Vermont.
It's soo good.  So far, I have used it in tuna salad and salad dressing (and eaten it straight off the tip of a knife).  I can't wait to try it on more stuff.
